In the midst of their intense feud, the couple has even started their own “Cougar Town” TV show, which has gotten some high-profile endorsements, including from Lena Dunham, who took the role as a mom on the show.

“Fantastik will have a special episode dedicated to the family and we cannot wait for you next week,” Dunham tweeted Monday.

“So grateful for your thoughts & love @fantastik. It’s nice that you’ve put our show on the map,” a representative for Deutch chimed in. “We love you and we want the world to see! #LenaCougar.”

The season 6 finale airs Sunday, September 14, on OWN and Syfy.

Season 6 of “Cougar Town” begins its first six episodes on Monday, September 15 at 8 pm ET/PT following a four-part celebration of the season 5 finale.

Meanwhile, Deutch says that they “always wanted to do a show where people wanted to say ‘no’ to each other,” adding that they “really wanted to leave a really rich legacy” for their daughters.

She also explained that they’ve “always thought that Mariah should’ve had an opportunity more. We wanted her to have her own show and now it makes sense” for them to create their own. They also explain that “Jasmine would be a really good version of Mariah. And they have been great to work with.”

“Cougar Town” airs Mondays at 9:30 p.m. ET on Syfy.
